On a chilly October morning,I had made plans to photograph the wine harvesting process,and no better place to pick,(pardon the pun),but Kinkead Vineyards owned by Ron and Nancy Bentley.It’s a little place just outside of downtown Ripley, Ohio,you know that place,the one we call Gods Country.Saddled on the back of a one lane road,and far from the hustle and crowds of a big city,Kinkead Vineyards is one of the few well groomed vineyards that exist in Ohio.You can visit their website at www.kinkeadridge.comphoto by john johnston
